Discovery visits are available for you to meet the doctor, share your story, and see if she's a good fit for your health goals. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time for an in-person consultation. For a virtual consult, please log on via your email link 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. For phone consultations, Dr. Blandford will give you a call via the number you provided when scheduling your appointment.

When you fill out your paperwork online, please provide as much information as you can to get the most out of your visit; our practitioners take time before each client's visit to familiarize themselves with your story, and the more you share, the more prepared they are to meet you.  Bring any recent or pertinent lab results with you if you'd like to share during your appointment. If you'd like feedback and recommendations about your supplements, Dr. Blandford recommends bringing a list of your supplements including brand names and dosing or, alternatively, you can bring your supplements to your visit.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Dr. Blandford is currently offering in-person, phone, and telehealth visits. All naturopathic visits can be virtual visits once Dr. Blandford has established care with you. New Client Appointments are strongly encouraged to be in person if at all possible. If you are unable to make this work for you, please call the office to explain your situation and see what other options may be available for you.

• New Client/Patient Appointments and Follow-Up Appointments are subject to our cancellation policy fee.  One business day (24 hours notice) is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment or a fee of $60 may be charged at your practitioner's discretion.
• Discovery Visits must be paid at time of scheduling either through the secure Charm scheduling below or by calling the office at (616)884-0645. Visits are only refundable if cancelled 24 hours or more in advance. Late cancellations or no calls/no shows are non-refundable.
