Who We Work With:

NDs and acupuncturists specialize in working with adult men and women suffering from chronic conditions from all walks of life and backgrounds. Back/neck pain, joint pain, heart disease, diabetes, allergies, stress, depression, anxiety, gastrointestinal complaints, autoimmune disease, etc, can be addressed. NOTE: If you are a mother or father of young children, feel free to bring them along. We have a play kitchen and toys to make it possible for more people to access naturopathic medicine (proper sanitizing and toy quarantine procedures are followed).

How Does It Work?

For your first office call, you will work with Dr. Blandford 1-on-1 for a 90 minute visit so she can really get to know you and your health concerns. All naturopathic appointments also get a typed report of their recommendation within a week of your appointment; research references for her suggestions are included where relevant so you can do some reading on your own.

If you want to make some lifestyle changes or just want to optimize your health, give us a try.  Working with an ND, you have access to a health professional trained in physical therapies, counseling, nutrition, botanical medicine, and homeopathy to help you craft your own unique healthcare journey. NDs are educated in science and conventional medicine as a base with the philosophy that bodies are intelligent and, given the right circumstances, can move themselves to healing. Least force interventions are always considered first, though NDs understand higher force prescriptions, interventions, and even surgeries are warranted depending on the client's health needs.  Above all, what is in the client's best interest is most important.
