The main goal for this teaching class is to inspire you to work with essential oils and to develop a profound respect for these very potent and versatile medicines. I also am aiming to give you the knowledge to use these essential oils both effectively and safely, for the health of you and your loved ones.
Overview:
- Explore how humans and plants co-evolved together
- Look at 4 levels of understanding and working with herbs
- Guidelines for effectively and safely using essential oils
- Explore essential oils as antimicrobials and immune-stimulating agents
- Covers 17 essential oils including their properties and uses
- Reviews 6 common conditions and the essential oils to support these conditions
Presentation is between 60 – 75 minutes depending on questions.
